Falcon Chocolate Keto Cookies

Servings: 10 cookies | Prep time: 25 minutes
Macros per Cookie:
- Calories: 110 Cal
- Protein: 3.5 g
- Carbohydrates: 4.4 g
- Fat: 8.8 g
Ingredients:
- ¾ T of almond flour
- ¼ T coconut flour
- 2 C almond butter
- 2 C monkfruit or erythritol
- 2.5 C cocoa powder
- 15 g of Falcon Vanilla or Chocolate
- 3 C coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
- Unsweetened chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 190º C
- In a bowl add the flours, cocoa, monkfruit, salt and protein and mix.
- Add the almond butter and the melted coconut oil and incorporate again.
- With your clean hands form the cookies and arrange them on a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Place the chocolate chips on top of the cookies.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before taking them off the tray.
